An indicative estimate, not a certified appraisal
Bracken Value produces automated, evidence-led estimates of trade value for damaged and written-off vehicles, with the reasoning, confidence level and limitations shown on every result. An estimate must not be relied upon as:
- Financial, investment, accounting or tax advice;
- A formal appraisal, valuation report or fairness opinion;
- A cash offer, insurance settlement or guarantee of the price at which a vehicle can be bought or sold;
- A recommendation to enter into any transaction or extend any credit.
Use within your own diligence
Decisions to buy, sell, repair, dismantle, export, finance or insure a vehicle should be made by qualified professionals using their own diligence, inspection and judgement. A Bracken Value estimate informs that work; it does not replace it.
Limits of evidence
Auction and listing evidence can be incomplete, stale or ambiguous. Undisclosed damage, missing components, repair quality, title history, fees, taxes and transport can materially change a vehicle's trade value.
No fiduciary relationship
Your use of Bracken Value does not create a fiduciary, advisory, agency or brokerage relationship between you and Bracken Value or Try Ventures.
Independence
Bracken Value is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official data partner of any auction house, salvage platform, insurer or valuation provider. We do not earn commission on cases submitted through the Service.
